Previously a drive-through retail establishment, MAVD renovated this building to provide surface parking area for the adjacent Market Place office and retail development and an office for MAVD field support staff.

314 Detroit Street

This high visibility location at the corner of Detroit Street and Fifth Avenue was renovated in 2007 to provide space for a take out restaurant with limited seating.
