In 2015, MAVD led the sale of a 1-acre parcel to University of Michigan Credit Union, a business that desired a high-profile location for its south Ann Arbor branch. With UMCU focused on the front yard of South State Commons III, MAVD was able to split the parcel, and sell UMCU the acre. MAVD then led the complicated development and construction of the branch, delivering a stunning Hobbs + Black designed contemporary credit union building in a great in-fill location – on time and under budget.
