Boulder Park

This 15,000 SF professional office building is in the desirable City of Dexter, just west of Ann Arbor. Located at the corner of Meadow View Drive and Dexter-Ann Arbor Road, the understated prominence of Boulder Park I is very well positioned. The property is fully occupied by health and dental professionals, including the University of Michigan Health System.
