Coal Creek

Coal Creek Office Park is located just south of Boulder in Louisville. Acquired by an institutional investor in 2015, MAVD is the property manager for the 200,000 SF, three-building office campus. Conveniently accessed from Denver and Boulder, Coal Creek is effectively and uniquely positioned to provide larger floor-plate office suites for a highly educated technical work force, while still being in close proximity to the desirable Boulder lifestyle.

With full responsibilities for capital and operating expenses, rent collection, and reporting, MAVD provides a critical service to an out-of-state owner/investor who requires a local, experienced operator.
