Maintenance Department Supervisor
John joined MAVD West, LLC in April 2009. John is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance and energy management projects for properties owned and managed by MAVD in Colorado. Prior to joining MAVD West, John was employed as a Building Maintenance Engineer on numerous commercial office properties located throughout the Denver metro area. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in the design and construction of commercial and residential projects.
John earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science from the Colorado Institute of Art in 1989 and has held Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) and Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) designations through the Building Owners & Managers Institute International since 2006. He also maintains an HVAC/EPA Universal Certification.
