Jeff Harshe
Vice President
Jeff’s responsibilities at MAVD include leasing, investment, development and asset management. Immediately prior to joining MAVD, Jeff was Vice President at Colliers International where he was recruited to help open the Ann Arbor office, and where his brokerage portfolio included several MAVD properties. Jeff’s entire professional career has been in commercial real estate. In addition to his brokerage activities, he has held the positions of Vice President of Leasing for a syndication firm, Director of Leasing and Marketing for a development and investment firm, and Property Manager for a property management firm. He has represented properties valued in excess of $250 million, and has had direct responsibility for hundreds of transactions involving vacant land, office, investment, multi-family, industrial, and commercial properties in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. Jeff holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a licensed real estate broker, licensed builder, and is a member of two boards of realtors and the CCIM Institute. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
