Mark Melchi, AIA
Vice President - Planning and Design
Mark's relationship with MAVDevelopment Company began in 1989. As principal of Archetype, Inc., an Ann Arbor architectural firm, Mark provided site planning, architectural design, model making and graphic design services for the MAVD portfolio of projects. Since joining the staff in 2002, Mark's responsibilities have grown to include management of all planning and design efforts for MAVD's Colorado affiliate, MAVD West, LLC. These projects include two office buildings in Denver's LoDo district, as well as Harmony Technology Park, a 100 acre mixed use development located in Fort Collins.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts and Master's of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan, spending his final semester of graduate school in Vienna, Austria. Mark has been a registered architect since 1989, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
