Harmony Technology Park

Harmony Technology Park is located in the heart of Northern Colorado’s technology corridor on Harmony Road, just west of 1-25, in southeast Fort Collins. MAVD led the acquisition of this 105-acre parcel in 2008. Since that time, and with MAVD at the helm, nearly $7 million in infrastructure – including roads, utilities, and storm-water basins – have been installed. Over 40 acres have been sold with ten developments underway or completed.

MAVD conceived and executed all aspects of Harmony Technology Park. Working closely with the City of Fort Collins, MAVD led the land and infrastructure planning, entitlement, and construction. In 2009, MAVD created a metropolitan district for project infrastructure financing—the first of its kind in the City of Fort Collins.
